Founded in 2017 in Nasiriyah and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research since its founding, the university operates on two campuses. The first, in central Nasiriyah on Al-Nil Street, comprises six buildings including a dental teaching hospital, a library, a student club and sports facilities; the second, near the Dhi Qar courts complex, comprises three buildings including a 200-bed teaching hospital and a student club.
The university brings together around 30 colleges and academic departments in medicine, engineering and the humanities.

In partnership with the Military Industries Commission's security printing press, the Group continually develops the security features it offers clients: security paper, watermarks, holograms, three-dimensional features and other visible and hidden safeguards.

Security protection
Security measures are not limited to the printed materials; they extend to protecting documents and data at every stage of production under strict standards of confidentiality and care. Buildings are monitored around the clock by guards and CCTV. Staff are bound by confidentiality, and client data is never disclosed to any partner, supplier or third party. Files and technical data are stored securely, with access restricted to authorised personnel, and confidential waste is destroyed with dedicated equipment before recycling. Clients may supervise production on site or through secure, controlled access, which makes the press a trusted supplier to financial institutions, government bodies and others whose work demands a high level of protection.
