Who we are

Sama Al-Ayen Group is an Iraqi company specialising in general trading, general contracting, food supply, general transport, plastics production, the supply of Iraqi, Arab and foreign workforce, and real-estate, industrial and agricultural investment. The Group has delivered numerous projects across a wide range of sectors.

Founded in 2022, the Group is headquartered in Al-Yarmouk, Baghdad, and in Al-Muntazah District, Dhi Qar Governorate. Its team brings together highly qualified and experienced consultants and technicians, and it continually adopts the latest scientific and technical advances in the service of government departments, companies and clients.

  3. Founded, built and developed Imam Al-Kadhim Institute and Secondary School.

  4. Built and developed the Al-Nazaha Residential Complex.

  5. Founded, built and developed Al-Ayen Private University, the College of Medicine and Al-Ayen University Teaching Hospital.

  6. Founded and developed Al-Ayen plant for canned goods, juices and detergents.

  7. Chief Executive of Al-Masar Al-Dhahabi General Contracting Co. (classified "Excellent"), delivering projects in oil, housing, electricity and infrastructure.
